The Chinook School Division scored above the Provincial average in a Special Education review.

Lee Cummins, Special Education Superintendent, says the review was done to see how well the School Divisions plan and deliver services for students with special needs.

The Division was rated on strengths, consistency, performance level, and involvement of parents, among other categories.  They received rankings above the Provincial average in 11 out of the 12 categories.  They also received a total ranking of 145 points ahead of the Provincial average.
