The Innovation Credit Union iPlex's parking lot could be a busy place this afternoon and evening as the city of Swift Current is holding a household hazardous waste collection day.

It's slated to run from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the collection area will be located in the iPlex's lower lot in the southeast corner.

Residents partaking are asked to remain in their vehicles and wait for an attendant to assist them.

A list of items accepted is below.

The waste collection site won't be accepting any commercial or agricultural materials with the program.
