Adam and Kristina Zinger made another court appearance today in Swift Current.

The couple were denied bail on Thursday, while their alleged accomplice, Knowleton Blacksmith, was released on bail under strict conditions and will make his next court appearance on December 14.

Earlier this month, RCMP  located and arrested Adam and Kristina Zinger along with Blacksmith, discovering over 1000 pills located in a vehicle in the parking lot of a business on the North East Service Road.  Each of them is facing five separate charges for possession for the purposes of trafficking, in various controlled substances.

The Zingers will be remanded into custody until they appear again in court on December 14th, to coincide with Blacksmith's court appearance. Going forward, tentative court dates are set for March 23rd and 24th, 2016.

On September 9, police in Medicine Hat arrested and charged Adam and Kristina Zinger with several drug related offences including; possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, as well as possession of a dangerous weapon.
