Saskatchewan's total international exports are already record-setting for 2008, and that only covers the first 10 months of the year.

As of October, exports totalled $27 billion, which is $7 billion more than all of 2007.

Enterprise and Innovation Minister Lyle Stewart says the numbers are phenomenal for the province, especially in light of economic hardships elsewhere in the world.

Stewart adds that we saw the highest percentage increase among the provinces with a 91 percent increase between October 2008 and October 2007.
