The West Coast Amusements midway was busy on the first night of Frontier Days in Swift Current
Frontier Days is well underway in Swift Current, and day two of the fair promises to be exciting.
The gates to Kinetic Exhibition Park open at 12:00 noon with the midway and commercial exhibits opening, and the saloon will open at 2:00pm. Some of the day's events include Safari Jeff's Living Wild Show at the Palliser Pavillion, and the Bowmanville Zoo just east of the Stockade.
A number of cattle shows will be taking place in the livestock ring through this morning, including the Purebred Cattle Show, the Southern Belle Classic, and the All Breeds Championship.
The first performance of the CCA Rodeo gets going at 7:00pm, and the Heavy Horse Competition wraps up in the Grandstand at 12:00 noon.
