Vehicle owners, continuing to have to dig deep in their pockets after another rise in gas prices.

The price of fuel reaching record highs across the province, including the Southwest region, where prices reach as high as $1.25 at some local gas stations.

Owner of Transport City in Swift Current, Marv Shatosky, says while crude oil prices have remained relatively stable, the recent rise at the pumps can be attributed to supply in demand.

Shatosky also adds that even with gas prices at their current level, operators are seeing little to no profit on their end after purchasing fuel from suppliers.

Other prices around the province have Regina sitting at $1.25, while Moose Jaw is at $1.14.
