The Swift Current Broncos will have another player at this week's CHL-NHL Top Prospects Game, after forward Glenn Gawdin was added to the Team Orr roster Monday morning.
Gawdin, who has 12 goals and 36 points for the Broncos this season, will be taking over for injured Sarnia Sting forward Pavel Zacha in the Team Orr lineup, and will be playing against teammate Jake DeBrusk, who was named to the Team Cherry roster last month.
Both Gawdin and DeBrusk were listed as A-level prospects to watch by NHL Central Scouting in November, meaning they are candidates to be selected in the early rounds of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
The Top Prospects Game goes Thursday night in St. Catharines, Ontario.
