Following the sudden death of Logan Curtis Ring, he leaves behind his two year-old son Axel.

A Go-Fund-Me page has been setup online by Zhana Pankevich to help Axel and his mother.

Pankevich is a Herbert resident whose says her sons life was positively influenced by Logan Curtis Ring, and is now trying to return the favour.

"His dad is not around anymore to help him. I believe that little boy (Axel) will need support in the future. (Such as) buying school supplies or buying groceries from the store," she said Thursday afternoon.

She recently visited Axel and his mother and shared that experience.

"Two-year-old Axel was trying on his dads shoes and crying the moment I was visiting them yesterday (Wednesday), I brought them McDonald's and stuffed animals like an elephant," Pankevich said.
