Tyler Shattock scored on a strange bounce with barely a minute left to give the Hitmen a 5-4 win over the Moncton Wildcats. That capped a four-goal third period for the Hitmen, who trailed 3-0 in the second period.
Today's game has two winless teams. The Wildcats take on the host Brandon Wheat Kings, who were pounded 9-3 by Windsor in Friday's tournament opener.
