May is Kidsport Month.
And, as part of the month, the Shaunavon Kidsport Committee is holding their annual Hot Dog Sale today!
The Hot Dog Sale will be held at The Shawnee Hall from eleven a.m. until one thirty p.m. Today and you can get a hotdog and a drink for just $3.00. Additional hotdogs will cost you $2.00 each.
Kidsport provides funding for families facing financial obstacles who have kids wanting to take part in sports. Shaunavon Kidsport Committee member, Lola Piquette, says all money raised at the sale remains here to be used for local children and their families.
Last years hot dog sale raised a total of $1300 for Kidsport.
If you require assistance, application forms can be obtained from any Shaunavon Kidsport member or from any of the local schools.
