Saskatchewan Health is reporting another increase in the number of cases of West Nile Virus in the province.

     The total now stands at 1393, which is an increase of 20 cases in the past week.

     The total number of confirmed cases in the Cypress Health Region remains unchanged at 79, with 36 under investigation.

     Medical Health Officer, Dr Khami Chokani says, once infected, the virus can incubate anywhere from 5 days to 2 years.
