The Regina Red Sox doubled the Swift Current Indians 8-4 last night at Currie Field.

Regina scored three runs in the 5th inning, and two more in the 6th, to take the lead for good in a make-up game from a June 7th rain out.

Joey Evans took the loss on the mound for the Indians, pitching four innings and allowing four runs.  The Indians' bats never really got going in this one.  The team combined for seven hits overall.

The loss drops the Tribe to 8-3 on the season.

Tonight, they are back home to host the Saskatoon Yellow Jackets at 7:05pm from Mitchell Field.
