Justin Sandquist, a 23-year-old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant following the murder of a Saskatchewan man in Edmonton back on December 18th, turned himself in on Sunday.
Sandquist is facing several charges, including first-degree murder for the killing of Aaron Cote.
25 year old Aaron Cote was found dead in a motel parking lot in the Alberta capital, Cote was originally from Yorkton.
Edmonton homicide detectives flew to Vancouver Sunday night to interview Sandquist, before he is brought back to Edmonton to face charges of first degree murder, possession of an offensive weapon and criminal hit and run.
