Close to 85 people attended last week's Labour Attraction and Retention Conference, held in Swift Current.

Britney Fisher, the Program Coordinator of Southwest REDA, says the 2-day conference had some highlights for business owners.  She says the business people left with a lot of valuable information from the speakers.  She believes this is the first step to changing Saskatchewan's business places.

Fisher adds Southwest REDA received lots of positive feedback on the conference, the first of its kind in Saskatchewan.
