The fates of Swift Current's outdoor rinks have been accepted--the last chance for residents to slice up the ice is just around the corner.

The Community Services division of the City of Swift Current announced today that the southside outdoor rink will be closed effective tomorrow, with the rest of the rinks following as of Sunday.

Westside outdoor rink has been closed since Wednesday this week.
