amorous ambassador

Swift Current Little Theatre will be presenting Michael Parker's "The Amorous Ambassador" this fall, with five shows set for the Beatty Playhouse next month.

"We haven't done a hilarious farce in a little while, so it's nice to do this kind of theatre again that's just so broad, funny, and just fun to do," said Rachael Wormsbecher with Little Theatre. "It's completely hysterical, and it's just wall-to-wall humour."

A dinner theatre will be held November 22nd, followed by pub nights on November 23rd, 29th and 30th, and a regular performance on November 28th. Tickets for all performances will be sold at a ticket blitz Thursday at 6:00pm from the Swift Current Mall, and Wormsbecher adds it's your best bet to get a good seat.

"Even if you can't make it Thursday, you can buy tickets," she said. "But really, if you want a good seat, you should come Thursday."

After the blitz, tickets for the pub nights and regular performances will be sold at Pharmasave, and dinner theatre tickets will be sold at Creative Video.
