Nearly nine months after he was reported missing, the Moose Jaw Police Service says the investigation into the disappearance of 19-year-old Travis Perlman remains active.
Police confirmed Thursday that there are no new updates to share at this time.
Search efforts continue
Perlman was reported missing on Sept. 7, 2025.
The most recent public update came on Feb. 25, 2026, when the Moose Jaw Police Service announced that Perlman had been added to the National Centre for Missing Persons and Unidentified Remains database (case reference: 2025052841) in an effort to broaden search efforts across Canada.
Police continue to investigate his disappearance and are seeking information that could help determine his whereabouts.
Last known sighting
Perlman was last seen in Moose Jaw on Aug. 7, 2025.
At the time, he was wearing a dark grey Nike zip-up sweater with a green Nike logo and grey Timberland boots.
He is described as five-foot-eight, weighing between 130 and 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Police also note that he has a spider tattoo on his left forearm.
The Moose Jaw Police Service's Criminal Investigation Section launched a missing persons investigation on Sept. 18, 2025, after receiving numerous reports concerning Perlman’s well-being.

Possible ties outside Saskatchewan
In October 2025, police reported receiving information suggesting Perlman may have returned to British Columbia. However, investigators noted that information remains unsubstantiated.
Perlman previously lived in Kelowna and, prior to that, on Vancouver Island.
Police believe he has ties to British Columbia, Saskatchewan and the United States.
Investigators say they are looking to speak with Perlman to confirm his safety and well-being.
