One man has died and two more were injured in an industrial accident near Golden Prairie.

     Maple Creek Ambulance and RCMP attended the scene yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock where three men had been working on an oilfield truck and trailer.

     The tires they were working on had two blow outs, which caused injuries to all three men.  A 33-year-old man died as a result of his injuries, while a 27-year-old man and another 33-year-old man were taken to Maple Creek Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

     The name of the deceased is not being released at this time, but RCMP say all three men were from the Medicine Hat area.

     The cause of death is under investigation by Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Saftey, and the cause of the accident remains under investigation.
