One of the two men charged with second-degree murder in the death of Roland Ruest made another court appearance this morning.

 

John Donavon Park, 19, has had his case adjourned until June 9th to be spoken to for a bail hearing.  He will be remanded in custody until that time.

 

Park, along with 22-year-old Raymond Lynn Davis, has been charged in connection with the death of Ruest, who was found dead in his residence in Swift Current on April 6th.

 

Davis's next court appearance is set for May 31st, also for a bail hearing.
