Saskatchewan's population continues to climb, as nearly 18,000 people made the province their home in the past year.    That number according to a report from Statistics Canada which also shows more than 30,000 people moved here from other provinces.

   While those people came, another 19,000 left for other provinces. 

   On top of the inter-provincial migration, more than 3800 people came to Saskatchewan from other countries.

   The province now sits well above the 1-million population mark at 1,010,146 people.
