There were three big drug busts last week for Saskatchewan RCMP in three days.

The crackdown started Tuesday when RCMP took $37,000 worth of cocaine out of a vehicle they stopped on the Trans-Canada Highway, just west of Moose Jaw.  A 23-year-old Calgary man was charged.

On Wednesday, they seized 22lbs of marijuana from an SUV that was stopped near Swift Current.  A 21-year-old man, Kelly Junior Marges, of Maple Ridge, BC, was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.

The hat trick was completed late Thursday afternoon when RCMP stopped an older-style van that was headed to the Craven Country Jamboree.  Officers seized 400 ecstasy tablets, and a small amount of marijuana.  Two 21-year-old Regina men were arrested and released.  Both are facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
