The man seems to have tried to navigate the water, only for his scooter to have failed him.

Residents in the area called for help, with at least one motorist stopping to make sure he was okay.

After the officer arrived, she confirmed that the scooter was immobile, before assisting the gentlemen into her cruiser.

He was then taken from the scene, with the officer having inquired about his home address so that she can get him home. There, he would be able to change out of the cold wet socks and shoes.

The scooter remained where it was, with City Crews having posted barricades blocking the road, cautioning away drivers.
