What a start to the Taylormade ProAm for both of Elmwood Golf and Country Club's professionals.

After the first round of the two-day PGA of Sask event at Moon Lake Golf and Country Club outside of Saskatoon, both head pro Brennan Rumancik and teaching pro Jeff Chambers are tied at the top the leaderboard.

Rumancik and Chambers both fired two-under rounds of 70, and are part of a three-person log jam atop the 19-person field.

It's shaping up to be an exciting race to the finish - the field tees off in the final round at 9 a.m.

Chambers (2017) and Rumancik (2018) are looking to make it a third-straight year of Elmwood earning the title. A strong finish could also hand Rumancik his third-straight win in 2019 - a tremendous campaign for the defending PGA of Sask 'Player of the Year'.

We'll have the tournament recap for you tomorrow morning on Swift Current Online.
