The Rusty Cage Fun Run is back for another year.

The annual bike ride fundraiser will enter its 7th year and take place in Swift Current this Saturday.

The event, which raises funds for different charities and groups each year, will be donating money to STARS Air Ambulance this time around.

Steve Hamm, with the Rusty Cage Run joined Ken Audette on the Eagle Morning Show earlier this week and said making a donation is easy.

"They can give me a call at 774-7783 and can organize all of that for them, or just step into the Brew Pub and ask for Craig and you can do it there," he said.

Hamm would also like to encourage everyone to show support for the event.

"Come on out and come ride with us, support us or just come hang around Market Square and see us ride by around 10:30 Saturday morning," he added.

This year's event will begin in Swift Current before travelling through Morse, Hodgeville, Hazenmore and Cadillac and then back to Swift Current.

In previous years, the event has donated money to the likes of KidSport, the SPCA, Canadian Mental Health, as well as the Swift Current Bronco Education Fund to name a few.
