Low income workers and childless couples getting some relief in July.

     Low income single workers and childless couples will benefit from the new Saskatchewan Workers Health Benefits Program, beginning July 1st.

     The benefit plan will provide free eye exams for two years, required chiropractic care and a subsidy for prescription drugs.

     A single person must have an annual income of less than $21,000, while the couple cut-off is $26,000 to be eligible for the program.
