Over 450,000 SaskTel Mobility customers were without cell service this past Saturday, as the network experienced a total service outage.

     Darcee MacFarlane, Director of Corporate Affairs with SaskTel, says they are still trying to find out what caused the outage.  She says they will have to do a complete analysis of the hardware vendor to determine the root cause of the outage.

     The network was down from 9:45am Saturday until around 1:05 that afternoon.

     MacFarlane says SaskTel Mobility appreciates the patience of their customers through the outage.
