RCMP in Shaunavon received a total of 99 Calls of Service and Assistance for the month of August.

Sargent Archibald from the Shaunavon Detachment issued a release saying that they covered a number of calls including Break and Enter, Assault with a Weapon, Mischief, and Theft.

There was one impaired operating of a motor vehicle call and one driving without due care and attention or stunting call.

Also, four animal calls and two mental health calls.

There were two false alarm calls.

The Shaunavon RCMP Detachment polices the villages of Climax and Frontier, the towns of Eastend and Shaunavon, as well as the Rural Municipalities of Arlington, Bone Creek, Frontier, Grassy Creek, Lone Tree, White Valley, and a small portion of Val Marie.
