A man who was charged in connection with a stabbing incident in Gull Lake over the February long weekend made another appearance in Swift Current Provincial Court yesterday.

Thirty-four-year-old Michael Grado was ordered to go to North Battleford for a psychiatric assessment at the request of the Defence.  The assessment is to determine if he is fit to stand trial, and to determine any possible mental disorders that could make him exempt from criminal responsibility.

Grado will be back in court on March 26th to enter a plea.
