Southwest Saskatchewan has been treated to some great summer weather over the past few days, and more of it is on the way.

Temperatures were in the high 20s on Friday and Saturday, after 10 straight days of cool weather, and rainfall last week.

Other than a slight chance of thundershowers today, sunshine and temperatures in the mid- to high- 20s are in the forecast for the upcoming week.

There are signs that summer is coming to an end as most schools in the southwest will be starting classes later this week.  The City of Swift Current will close Fairview Pool for the season next Sunday.
