It was a busier than usual Sunday at Doc's Town as they hosted the Antique Tractor and Classic Car Display and also the Blacksmith's Hammer-In.

The display featured tractors from many different decades and cars new and old as well a chance for those in attendance to learn and check out blacksmithing.

Doug Smith is with Doc's Town and said that they had around 80 exhibitors making this year's show super successful.

"I think there were more entrants, more exhibitors and probably coming from a little further distance," he said. "A few tractors from Rosetown travelled down, and then there was also exhibitors from as far as the Regina/Fort Qu'Appelle area that came."

Smith said that this edition of the display might have been there best one yet.

"This was a super day," he noted. "We had probably the biggest show we've ever had. It shows the interest that is in southwestern Saskatchewan. People came a long way to be here, and I think they (exhibitors) did a great job promoting what we were hoping would happen. I think it was just great."

Next, up for Doc's Town, they will be putting on Country Music Jam Session.
