That ever-evasive answer Bob Dylan was looking for may not be the only thing blowing in the wind today.

It's a breezy one, with wind blowing around 50 to 60 kilometres an hour out of the northwest this morning and gusting to 80. That makes a pretty-pedestrian minus seven celsius feel like 19 below.

That wind is supposed to shift to the west overnight and simmer down to around 20 kilometres an hour, although the temperatures are expected to drop for the week ahead.
