Wintery conditions are impacting travel on the Trans-Canada Highway West of Swift Current.

Highway Hotline describes conditions as icy or slippery, with loose snow or swirling snow, drifting snow, fog, and reduced visibility.

RCMP have confirmed that two collisions have occurred on the highway, including one collision between a collision between a semi truck and a pickup truck just east of Webb.

RCMP say that that collision did not yield any injuries.

They also say that traffic is temporarily cut down to one lane just east of Webb, but they say that both lanes will be open soon.

Conditions do seem to improve on the highway west of Webb.
