Rodney Lee Richie appeared in Court Yesterday afternoon for his bail hearing and has decided to forgo his bail and consented to remain in custody.
The case has now been adjourned to August 28th to make an application for court appointed council.
Richie is currently being charged with observing someone in a place they could expect privacy and in a place they could be expected to be nude from an August 2nd arrest.
Also Richie was already facing charges of 6 counts of criminal harassment, 3 counts of exposure of genital organs to a person under sixteen, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of marijuana over 30 grams, possession for the purpose of trafficking and production of marijuana stemming from a May arrest.
