The rodeo this past weekend, put on by the Herbert Stampede Association, was one for the books. Many of the top-tier competitors were from southwestern Saskatchewan.

For bareback, first place went to Brady Bertram of Maple Creek on Friday.

On Saturday, Herbert's very own Levi Speir got first place for bull riding. Also on Saturday first place for steer wrestling went to Swift Current's very own Dusty Caragata.
