For a sixth straight season, the Swift Current Ardens soccer team are 3A SHSAA South Regional champions.
Battling for the South Region crown, the Ardens travelled to Yokrton on Saturday to take on the Raiders.
Swift Current scored early and often, taking a 6-0 lead into the half, before adding five more goals in the second half for an 11-0 victory.
Leading the charge on offense for the Ardens was Grade 11 striker Brittney Lamontagne who scored two goals and also picked up three assists.
Also making an impact on the score sheet were Ashley Eben, who registered a pair of goals. Haley Bissonnette also scored twice for Swift Current, while Brooke Vallee and Lauryn Hayes.
Hannah Dyck and Jaden Mckenzie combine for the shut-out in goal.
Next up for the Ardens will be the 3A Provincial, which Swift Current will be hosting beginning on Friday.
