 Shaunavon's Braydon Coburn and the Philadelphia Flyers have forced Game 7 in their tightly contested Eastern Conference series with the Sabres.  Ville Leino scored in overtime for Philly as five of the six games in the best-of-seven have been won by one goal.

The Vancouver Canucks find themselves at the brink of elimination after losing 4-3 in overtime to Chicago Blackhawks.  Vancouver has lost three straight and will need to win Game 7 at home on Tuesday to avoid an embarrassing first-round collapse.  Rookie Ben Smith scored the winner on O-T for the defending-champion Blackhawks. Corey Schneider got the start for Vancouver but was replaced by star Roberto Luongo after getting hurt on a penalty shot goal in the third period.

Nashville closed out its first post-season series victory to advance to the Western Conference semifinals.  Nick Spaling scored his second goal of the game in the third period of a 4-2 victory as the Predators won the series 4-2 in their sixth post-season appearance in seven seasons.

Tonight, Aneroid's Patrick Marleau and the San Jose Sharks have another shot at eliminating the LA Kings. The Sharsk have a 3-2 series lead heading into game 6. Pittsburgh leads their series with Tampa Bay 3-2, but game 6 is in Tampa tonight and the Lightning are coming off an 8-2 win in game 5.
