That's it for the Montreal Canadiens.

Dominic Moore scored to lead the Rangers to a 1-0 victory over Montreal, and a 4-2 series win in the Eastern Conference final. New York hasn't been in the Stanley Cup final since 1994, the year they last won the Cup.

The playoffs now end for Stewart Valley's Travis Moen, who was out for most of the post-season to injury and played in just four games, and former Swift Current Broncos forward Dale Weise who scored three goals and four assists in 16 playoff games. Weise, who was acquired by the Habs in a trade with Vancouver in February, heads into the off-season as a restricted free agent.

The Rangers await the winner of the Western Conference Final between the LA Kings and Chicago Blackhawks. The Kings lead 3-2 with game six set for tonight at Staples Center (7:00pm, CBC).

The Stanley Cup Final will start on June 4th in either LA or Chicago.
