Broncos Head Coach/General Manager Mark Lamb says he was pleasantly surprised with training camp, and now some tough decisions will have to be made moving forward.

For the new Head Coach/GM, camp was a good experience.  He thinks the young rookies and recent Bantam picks did a great job.  "The young players really impressed me.  The draft picks this year (1994 born) were excellent.  I think that's the most surprising thing for me; I didn't realize the type of talent and speed these young players have."

Lamb is also impressed with how the veterans handled themselves.  "They've been so professional.  They've been helping out the young players, and playing some good hockey as well.  Training camp is tough for veterans in terms of being aggressive and going out and playing hockey for keeps.  I was really impressed with the way they handled themselves also."

Lamb says he doesn't expect to get down in numbers immediately, adding that he would like to see how some of the players respond in some upcoming exhibition games.
