Swift Current's Katie Durant was back on the podium in Antigonish, Nova Scotia at the 2018 Special Olympics Canada Summer Games on Thursday.

Durant was crowned tops in the nation, earning gold in the 200m Breaststroke with a time of 3:31.44. The gold followed a pair of bronze medals from Wednesday.

She also was in the pool competing in two other events on Thursday. Durant placed fifth in the 200m Backstroke with a mark of 3:20.55, and another fifth in the 50m Breaststroke, finishing in 1:07.41.

The last individual race is on the schedule Friday for Durant. She's racing in the 200m Freestyle today, finishing up her Summer Games schedule with relays on Saturday.
