The Swift Current Indians won their fifth in a row and swept a four-game homestand with an 11-7 victory over the Weyburn Beavers yesterday at Mitchell Field.

Michael Eberle had a four R-B-I game, including a three-run home run in the second inning. Justin Lee also drove in a couple of runs on two hits, and pitcher Marc-Andre Habeck got the win, allowing five earned runs over six and two-thirds innings.

The Tribe now have an 11-9 record, and are just one game back of the Moose Jaw Miller Express for the lead in the WMBL's Central Division. They have a much-needed day off today as they get set to visit Medicine Hat tomorrow, and the Indians will then host the Mavericks on Wednesday.
