Break out your Fantuz Flakes as the receiver returns to the Riders


 Riders Quarterback Darian Durant broke the news earlier this morning on twitter writing, "83 is back".

Receiver Andy Fantuz is undergoing a physical with the Riders this morning and is expected to take part in today's practice and be in the lineup for Sunday's Banjo Bowl against Winnipeg.

Fantuz was waived by the NFL's Chicago Bears last Friday and was given 10 days to entertain other opportunities south of the borders.  Since he accepted no other offers, he's obligated to return to Saskatchewan for his option year of his current contract.

Fantuz was at Mosaic Stadium Sunday and watched from the sidelines as the Riders went on to beat the Bombers in the Labour Day Classic.

Last season he was the CFL's Most Outstanding Canadian, leading the league in receiving with 1,380 yards and 87 receptions.
