Swift Current is excited to work together with a rebuilding Downtown Business Association.


City CAO Susan Motkaluk spoke at a DBA dinner earlier this week.


“We're just absolutely delighted to see the Downtown Business Association coming together again. Not just for the energy and the creativity that it brings but really we want to hear from the downtown businesses. We want to know what they would like to see happen and in what way the city can contribute towards really growing the downtown.”


Motkaluk wants to work with the DBA on a vision for beautification of the downtown.
