central flashmob

Central School students put on a flash mob at the Market Square on Central and Chaplin Friday afternoon

Swift Current's Central School continues to try and think of creative ways to keep the momentum going for the Majesta Trees of Knowledge campaign.

They held a flash mob downtown on Friday singing and encouraging you to vote as the campaign heads into the final week.

"We're trying to show the city of Swift Current how we really want this outdoor space," said Central School teacher Shantell Roszell. "We're encouraging everyone to vote Central so we can get all the votes in from our city.

A win in the online vote nets the school a $20,000 outdoor classroom, and they have been in a tight race with a school from Sussex, New Brunswick for the overall lead.

You can vote for Central School at majestatreesofknowledge.ca.
