The Southwest Enterprise Region is again inviting municipal and business leaders in the region to an event next month to help build a plan for the 21st Century.
"Survive or Succeed, IT's our Choice" will be held October 25th, and will feature guest speaker Robert Bell, Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Intelligent Community Forum.
Enterprise Region CEO Kelsay Reimer says they want to ensure that all municipalities in the southwest have a plan that recognizes the role of broadband infrastructure, and adds their first step is to engage municipalities to think big and envision where they want to be, so they can help them understand the importance of not only developing that plan, but implementing it.
Bell explained the forum's mission through a Skype video conference.
