It was a comeback Sunday for the Swift Current 15U AAA 57's at home while entertaining the Moose Jaw Canucks.

The pair of teams were battling for fifth in league standings as the doubleheader finished off both team's regular-season schedules.

Game One

Swift Current fell behind 6-1 after four innings of play but their offence would rebound late in the game.

Ethan Bailey provided a spark in the bottom of the sixth inning blasting a two-run homer.

An inning later the 57's picked up a walk-off win as Landen Phair produced a two-run single making the final score 8-7.

Taylor McLaren, Carson Rokochy, Ethan Bailey, and Danon Funk all pitched in the game.

Game Two

The second game was almost a carbon copy of the first, as Swift Current found themselves down 8-1 after two innings of play.

Swift Current's Bennet Shotter hit a home run in the fourth inning that woke up the 57's offence as Wesley Olson, Aiden Robinson, and Jace Reich all recorded RBI singles.

The 57's would plate four more runs in the fifth inning to take a 9-8 lead but Moose Jaw would seize the lead back in the top of the seventh scoring a trio of runs.

For the second time in the game, Shotter would go deep for Swift Current and this time Danon Funk joined in on the home run parade tying the game at 11-11 where it would end.

Ty Switzer, Hudson Unger, Kyrell Adair, and Danon Funk all took to the mound for Swift Current in game two.
