An amber alert is in effect at the request of the North Battleford RCMP
The missing child is described as Emma O'Keeffe, six years old, Caucasian, three foot six inches tall 44 pounds in weight, and has jaw length hair.
She was last seen wearing a navy blue long-sleeved t-shirt, black jeans, pink socks, no shoes, and wearing a diaper.
The RCMP say that O'Keeffe has epilepsy and is a non-verbal autistic, and can not walk.
The suspect who is believed to have taken O'Keeffe is said to be driving a dark grey 2010 Mercedes Benz GL350 Bluetec SUV with the Saskatchewan licence plate reading 897 HMX.
There is no description of the suspect provided at this time.
The abduction is reported to have happened outside of a strip mall at 11204 Railway Avenue in North Battleford Saskatchewan.
Attached is a photo of O'Keeffe and the model of vehicle that was alleged to have been used to abduct her.
