Kreative Kidz Early Learning Centre in Gull Lake is holding an ATV Derby to raise money for a new facility today.

"Kreative Kidz Early Learning Centre is the new child care centre in Gull Lake that was set up last year. We are running out of a temporary facility at the moment which is in the basement of the United Church. and we have a building and a lot in place, so we're trying to raise some funds in order to get the new facility up and going," Chair of the Board of the Early Learning Centre, Rachelle Foster explains.

"It's 15 miles of trail and it's going to go south of Carmichael and kind of wind through the coulee and up around and make its way back. It's five card draw where you get five stops and you draw a card and the best poker hand has the opportunity to win a cash prize."

The event will also feature a chili supper, cash bar, and door prizes, as well as a cash prize for the winners.

Registration begins at noon and the derby starts at 1pm.
