The Swift Current Broncos rolled over their biggest rival last night to the tune of a 7-1 win at the Credit Union iplex.

 

     The Broncos led 3-0 after the first period and never looked back as they thrashed the Pats.

     Cody Eakin and Jan Dalecky scored a pair of goals to lead the way, while Matt Tassone, Dillon Wagner, and Jordan Peddle added singles in what was the biggest margin of victory all season.  Travis Yonkman picked up the win in goal, making 26 saves.

     Nearly 2,700 fans took in the game as the Broncos won their sixth contest in thelr last seven outings.

     The Broncos now sit in second place in the East Division, five points behind Saskatoon for the lead.  They conclude a three games in four nights stint tomorrow night in Prince Albert.
