Crews Respond to Small Apartment Fire on Robert Street East

Swift Current Fire Crews were called to a structure fire yesterday afternoon.

At around 5:45pm, emergency crews attended the scene of a small apartment fire at 560 Robert Street East.

Tenants were evacuated from the building while the fire was extinguished and heavy smoke was ventilated out from the second floor. 

The cause of the fire is undetermined and no injuries were reported, but evacuees re-entered their homes safely after crews successfully put out the fire and cleared the scene.
