The Canada Border Services Agency is reminding people to declare all goods when crossing the border, including firearms and weapons after the fourth firearms seizure in Saskatchewan this year.

55 year old Henderson, Texas native,  John Chris Blanchard is facing three charges after the CBSA found two loaded handguns and two high capacity magazines.

The handguns were a 9 mm and a .380 calibre.

Henderson will appear in Regina Provincial Court on February 21.
